• This experience is very valuable because many of these kids have very hard situations at home and it means a lot to me that I play a part in helping them feel confident about themselves and their potential

• My prompt and compassionate communication helps to reduce the anxiety of the families whose member is undergoing a medical procedure and I feel a sense of fulfillment when I put the families at ease
